The Reserve was originally designed by Joe Lee in 1982 as the Resort course, and renovated by Mike Dasher and re-opened in 2006. This par 71 layout provides beautiful water and sand features, along a terrain highlighted by natural wetlands, lakes and abundant native wildlife and plants.

On property at the Reserve is a clubhouse with pro shop plus lockers & showers, a grass range (lit for night practice) putting green (lit for night practice), a short game area with sand bunker and Mulligans restaurant/lounge. The Orange Lake Resort property is a full scale resort with upscale accommodations and amenities, plus 2 champiosnhip courses, an executive layout plus par three course (lit for night play).
